Local students from JCYF present checks to local and overseas Jewish charities
Charles Bronfman, Chairman of The Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies, acted as keynote speaker at JCYF's annual Check Presentation Ceremony held on Sunday, March 7 at Robbinsville High School. Student participants celebrated the program's seventh year by distributing a total of $64,800 to 27 Jewish programs and agencies.
JCYF is a Jewish teen philanthropy program that is co-funded by United Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks and the Ricky and Andrew J. Shechtel Philanthropic Fund and administered by Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Mercer County.
Investing in a Vibrant Jewish Future
United Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks, a charitable non-profit organization, was originally founded in 1929 in Trenton to meet the needs of individuals, families, and communities locally, in Israel, and in over 60 countries around the world where Jews reside. Our local Jewish Federation is one of 157 who, as a whole, have met the needs of millions of Jews worldwide for decades.
Every dollar makes a difference. Your donation to United Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks enables us to care for the most vulnerable members of our community, act quickly in times of conflict and natural disasters, and strengthen and nurture Jewish identity. We are investing in a vibrant Jewish future in our community. We invite you to be a part of it.
